American Endoscopy Services, Inc. (AES)
We contract with hospitals around the country to support minimally-invasive
surgeries. While our employees do not scrub into the cases, they are present
in the rooms to offer support with the equipment being used. Our ideal
candidates have completed a surgical tech program and have a minimum of 1
year supporting cases in the OR. We do offer relocation assistance.
We currently have the following job openings in Lancaster, PA:
Operations Manager - Responsible for the overall operations of the 3 sites
and 13 employees. Requirements include college degree, staff management
and development, budgeting, P&Ls as well as hands-on experience with Lap
procedures. This is a ‘hands-on” management position.
Service Specialists - Responsible for supporting cases in the OR.
(instrumentation, video, etc) On-call responsibilities.
